What if it isn't right for me?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Settings → Billing opens Stripe's billing portal, where you cancel yourself. No call, no retention script. Your account stays active through the end of the current billing period, and everything you have already created stays in your account afterwards.

How does district billing work?

District plans are invoiced annually, we accept purchase orders, and volume pricing starts at 5 teachers. Every teacher on the plan gets the full Teacher Pro product. Beyond the seats, the plan is a rollout: we configure single sign-on against your existing identity provider, load your state's standards framework, and scope any custom integrations, exports, or reports your team needs. That comes with a live onboarding and PD session for your staff, a named contact for support, and help working through your DPA and security review. Tell us how many teachers and how you want the rollout to work, and we'll come back with a quote.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing happens to it. Canceling ends the subscription, not the account: your lessons, units, resources, reflections and class profiles stay where they are, with no time limit, and they are still there if you come back. Printing and file exports (PDF, Word, Google Docs, Slides, PowerPoint) are part of the paid plan, so export anything you want to keep before you cancel — or resubscribe any time and pick up exactly where you left off. If you want it all gone instead, Settings has a delete-my-account option that removes your content permanently.

Is my classroom data used to train AI models?

No. Your class profiles, lessons and reflections are stored in your own account and are never used to train outside models. Class profiles are designed to hold group-level information (counts and needs rather than named student records), and generated sub plans are name-scrubbed as a safety net. If your district needs a Data Processing Agreement in place before purchasing, ask us and we'll work through it with you.
